Base Conveyor Units

We offer a variety of conveyor unit frames that will accept all the workstation accessories we offer. The basic frames we have are offered as stationary or mobile units. We also have a conveyor shelving unit that will allow accessories and shelves to bolt to both sides of the suppport uprights. These style frames have a larger footprint to support the structure with components on both sides. All accessories bolt on and units can be reconfigured at any time the application changes.

72" Basic Conveyor Unit

The basic conveyor unit is a solid structure that will slide under most conveyors and allow the use of all of the adjustable height accessories we offer. All articulating monitor components work with these units and cpu holders and casters can be added at any time.

72" Conveyor Unit w/ Light

The conveyor unit with fluorescent light fixture has support arms that will also allow the addition of a tool track and trolly. This conveyor workframe is a solid structure that will slide under most conveyors and allow the use of all of the adjustable height accessories we offer. 72" Mobile Conveyor Unit w/ Light

The mobile conveyor unit is a solid structure that will slide under most conveyors and allow the use of all of the adjustable height accessories we offer. This base structure comes standard with our (2) bulb fluorescent light fixture. All articulating monitor components work with these units and cpu holders and other accessories can be added at any time. (4) 330# swivel casters allow easy movement of the unit when necessary.

72" Mobile Conveyor Frame

The basic mobile conveyor unit is a solid structure that will slide under most conveyors and allow the use of all the adjustable height accessories we offer. All articulating monitor components work with these units and cpu holders and casters can be added at any time. (4) 4" rubber over steel casters are included on this unit which makes moving this station to other areas possible if necessary.

Basic Mobile Frame w/ Solid Bottom

This mobile stand is made with a 14 gauge steel framework for exceptional strength and support. We include a solid bottom which works great for storing items necessary for any application. All of the conveyor shelving accessories available will bolt onto this unit and be able to adjust in height on the support uprights.
