All conveyor units will accept the same full width shelving components that are offered for our workstations. Other accessories such as monitor arms, CPU holders, and casters are items that can also be added to this unit.

60" Wide Sorter Unit

The above top sorter unit is available on all of our workbenches. The sorter unit will mount onto any of our overhead structures and adjust in height on these uprights. The sorter shelf is a great place to store and organize items with the adjustable shelves able to be reconfigured at any time. The sorter unit shown is for 60" and 72" wide benches; units for 48" wide benches will be 12" shorter and have (4) cubbies

12" Deep Flat Steel Shelf w/ Side and Rear Lip

This 12" deep 16 gauge full welded shelf mounts to any of our workstations that have overhead structure uprights. We have added back and endplates to the shelf to keep items from falling off.

12" Deep Flat Steel Shelf

This steel shelf is 12" deep and mounts to any of our benches with an overhead structure. The shelf is flat and can adjust in height on the support uprights. This is a perfect shelf to store paperwork and other items essential for the application.

12" Deep Angled Cantilevered Shelf

This steel shelf is 12" deep and mounts to any of our benches with an overhead structure. The shelf has a fixed 30' angle and has a front lip to keep items on the shelf. This is a perfect shelf to store paperwork and other items essential for the process.

16" Deep Flat Cantilevered Shelf

This 16 gauge full welded cantilevered shelf mounts to any of our overhead structure set-ups. This shelf is normally punched for the addition of hoop dividers, and can be enclosed on the sides and rear if necessary.

16" Deep Carton Shelf with (6) Hoops

The full welded carton shelf with hoop dividers will mount to any of our workstations with an overhead structure. The hoop dividers bolt onto the shelf and can be removed if necessary. The shelf will adjust up and down on the suport uprights, and can have other accessories such as tape dispencer holders and spool holders bolted to the bottom of the shelf.

16" Deep Angled Cantilevered Shelf

This style shelf is typically used to store totes or boxes needed for a specific application. The fixed 30' angle will allow the operator to view what is inside each box, and the front lip keeps the boxes on the shelf.

12" Deep Tiltable Shelf

The tiltable shelf is made with all 16 gauge components and will mount to any work table with an overhead structure. This 12" deep shelf adjusts it's angle from flat to 45' with a simple hand knob adjustment and will also adjust in height on the support uprights. There is a 1 1/2" high front lip on all shelves.

72" (4) Way Adjustable Spool Holder

The (4) way adjustable spool holder will mount to any work bench with an overhead structure. The unit will adjust in elevation on the support uprights and also has 12" of front to back adjustment. These spool holders will accommodate the basic brown packaging paper, along with larger diameter bubble wrap rolls if positioned higher on the over-head structure uprights.

72" (4) Sided Shelf

This 12" deep, (4) sided steel cantilevered shelf is the best kept secret with all of our overhead shelving. The full perimeter lip makes this shelf more like a tray, and will keep all items stored on the shelf from falling off.
