Adjustable Shelf Carts

We manufacture all types of steel shelf carts that a capable of storing and transporting all types of material. Some of the carts we make have a bolt together design which allows the shelves within the unit to adjust in height, while other carts have a full welded design and are geared more towards the heavy duty applications. All carts include (2) 5" swivel (dual locking), and (2) 5" rigid casters for effortless movement of the cart when necessary.

Mobile (2 Shelf) Carton Rack

The mobile carton rack is the ideal unit for any shipping department with the need to store and organize many sizes of broken down cartons. The mobility feature allows this carton rack to be positioned near the packing application when needed, and can be moved out the way when not. We offer all of our carton racks with 12" high or 18" high hoop dividers, and accessories such as push handles and paper storage slots can be added.

Carts with Adjustable Steel Shelves

This adjustable height shelf cart is constructed with a solid 14 gauge base frame that is fully arc welded. The vertical shelf supports are also 14 gauge and allow infinite height adjustment for all of the 16 gauge shelves. We offer carts with either (2), (3), or (4) shelves, and all carts include (2) 5" swivel, and (2) 5" rigid casters.

Enclosed (2) Shelf Steel Cart

The enclosed security cart is the perfect choice when transporting sensitive items that need protection during shipment. All of these carts are fully enclosed on all sides with a very strong plastic material, and foam strips are included to pad the inside walls where necessary. The (2) steel shelves included are carpeted for extra protection of items, and the doors on the front buckel together when closed and velcro to the side of the cart when open.

Sloped Steel Shelf Cart

This mobile cart has a sloped steel shelf with a simple bolt design that allows infinite height adjustment on all sloped shelves. All shelves have a 10 degree angle with a 2" lip along the front side. The base is fully arc welded and includes (2) 5" swivel, and (2) 5" rigid casters. Push handles and other accessories are offered on all our mobile shelf units.

Sloped Steel Shelf Cart w/ Plastic Bins

This sloped steel shelf cart is offered with up to 4 shelves and is outfitted with our heavy duty # 4 plastic Stackbins. The base is fully arc welded and includes (2) 5" swivel, and (2) 5" rigid casters. The shelves have infinite height adjustments, a 2" lip along the front, and a 1/2" lip on the sides to keep items from falling off the cart.

Mobile "Large" Carton Stand

The mobile carton stand features a full arc welded 14 gauge base frame that is punched on 12" centers for the addition of 36" high (1" x 1/2" x 1/8" channel) hoop dividers. We offer 4', 5', and 6' carton stands that come with 4, 5, or 6 dividers respectively. Units come with (4) 4" swivel casters that have a dual locking brake feature and a 300 # capacity per caster.

Slopped Shelf Conveyor Unit w/ Pull-Out

This slopped shelving unit is ideal for applications needing storage over the conveyor. The slopped shelves are height adjustable and offer the capability to adjust the angle ± 10°. All shelves have a 1" high front lip to keep items from falling off the shelves and the bottom shelf has a 32" x 20" pull-out tray that will extend over the work area to allow for easy reaching of tools and other necessary items.
