Full Welded Carts

Full welded carts are available in multiple sizes and configurations. All units are completly arc welded and are normally painted and shipped in one piece. We use 1/8" thick angle iron and 16 gauge box tubing for the structure of the cart and join the components together using 14 gauge formed steel shelves.

Heavy Duty Steel Cart w/ Floor Lock

All Heavy duty steel carts are fully arc welded and are made with 13 gauge steel shelves (top and bottom) that are joined together with 1/8" thick 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" angle iron. All full welded carts include (2) 5" swivel, and (2) 5" rigid casters, floor lock, and push handle. We offer these carts in (4) different sizes and with such a basic design they are easy to manufacture to custom specifications if necessary.

3 Shelf Cart with Expanded Metal Sides

We manufacture many styles of full welded carts that range in size and configuration. This unit has (3) sloped shelves with a 60" wide 24" deep x 20" high uasble space on each shelf level. We lined this unit with flattened expanded metal to keep items inside the cart while offering visibility of items inside at the same time. Push handles are on each side of the cart and the diamond caster pattern allows this unit to spin on it's own axis for easy maneuverability.

Fully Welded ESD Cart

This full welded cart is available in multiple sizes and includes an ESD worksurface for the protection of sensetive electronic equipment. The grounding jacks are built into the 1 1/4" thickness of the top and are tied into the flush mount ground bolt. When connected to the main ground, the operator and the worksurface are completly grounded

Full Welded Cart w/ Plastic Laminate Top

These carts are available in various sizes and can be manufactured to meet your exact specifications. This full welded design using 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 1/8" thick angle iron offers exceptional support and duribility since there is no hardware to loosen over time. All full welded carts ship completly assembled from our factory so they are ready for use as soon as they are delivered.

Full Welded Shop Push Cart

This fully welded cart features a lower working surface for larger items that need to be moved around. The handle extends upward to a comfortable ushing height and also acts as a member to help keep product on the cart. Swivel and rigid locking casters are included and a bottom shelf is also available if needed.
