Plastic Stackbins®

Plastic Stackbins offer a cost efficient, lighter-duty method of parts storage. Bins are molded of high-strength polypropelene and reinforced on the bottom for added strength to handle heavy loads. Front bar keeps the bin from spreading under heavy stocking loads with handles front and back for carrying. Same size bins can be interstacked and will fit in rack systems designed for same size steel bin.

Stackrack Unit w/ # 4 PLASTIC Stackbin

Here are a few plastic storage bin units that have been built using same size bins and set on top of our standard 12" high rack base. Here we are using the # 4 Plastic Stackbin and Stackrack to create units with certain amounts of compartments. All plastic Stackbin units are completly modular and can be reconfigured or added to at any time.

Pre-Built Roller Units w/ # 4 PLASTIC Stackbins

Here are a few "Plastic" bin storage units with roller bearing Stackracks that have been built using same size bins and set on top of our standard 12" high rack base. Here we are using # 4 Plasatic Stackbins and roller bearing Stackracks to create units with certain amounts of compartments. All bin and rack units are completly modular and can be reconfigured or added to at any time.

Mobile Bin Units with #4 Plastic Bins

These bin carts include our heavy duty # 4 Plastic Stackbins with steel Stackracks that interlock on top of the mobile base. We use (2) 4" swivel and (2) 4" rigid casters that are welded to the bottom of the 14 gauge base and include a retractable handle on one end. All units are completly modular and can be reconfigured or added to at any time.

Recycle Bin Unit

The recycle bin units are available with either 3 or 4 compartments. We use our heavy duty # 4 Plastic Stackbins that simply stack on top of each other. This concept allows for easy seperation of the containers when they are full and need to be emptyed. Each unit includes (4) 2" swivel casters and a recessed laminated top cover

# 4 Plastic Stackbin w/ Hopper and Top Cover

The # 4 Plastic Stackbin is available with a hinged clear plexiglass hopper cover and translucent top cover to protect items inside the container from dust and debri. The 1/8" thick plexiglass is connected to a steel hinge that is pop rivited to the plastic bin. The clear hopper cover with the translucent top cover allows enough light inside the container for easy viewing of material stored inside
