Workbench Frames

If you have your own top or want to build your own steel or wood work bench top, we can provide a solid under-structure to fit your needs. We have a variaty of table frames to choose from that offer capacities ranging from 1000 lbs. to 5000 lbs. All of our workbench accessories will work with this base unit so as your application changes so can your workstation. Most knocked down workbench frames can ship via UPS, which will save on shipping charges.

3500 Series Fixed Height Bemch Frame

Our basic industrial workbench frames, the 3500 Series, is handcrafted using 14-gauge steel legs with a weight capacity of 1000 pounds (evenly distributed). All base units include a 16 gauge stringer to tie the (2) legs together.

3505 Series 5" Adjustable Frame

The most basic line of industrial workbench frames, the 3505 Series adjustable height under-structure is handcrafted using 14-gauge steel legs with a weight capacity of 1000 pounds (evenly distributed). All base units include a 16 gauge stringer to tie the (2) legs together.

3512 Series Mobile Frame

The most basic line of industrial workbench frames, the 3512 Series adjustable height mobile under-structure is handcrafted using 14-gauge steel legs with a weight capacity of 1000 pounds (evenly distributed). All base units include a 16 gauge stringer, and a 12" deep bottom shelf to tie the (2) legs together. (2) rigid, and (2) swivel dual locking casters are included on all 3512 frames.

2000 Series Fixed Height Ergonomic Frame

This workstation frame has a fixed workheight of 30 1/4" inches [with custom work heights available] and a weight capacity of 1000 pounds (evenly distributed). Designed with ergonomics in mind, the front leg strut of this table is set back to allow for ease of movement in front of the workstation. Custom computer desks and tables can be configured with this style frame with the capability of being able to bolt any of the accessories we offer to this unit at any time.

Ergonomic Adjustable Height Frame

This ergonomic leg design sets the front leg upright further back to create more leg room. The 2011 series frame has the same features as the 2000 Series with the addition of 11 inches of manual height adjustability (adjustment in 1" increments). Leg leveling glides are included on all of our ergonomic desk legs. Custom computer desks and tables can be configured with this style frame with the capability of being able to bolt any of the accessories we offer to this unit at any time.

Ergonomic Mobile Frame

This table frame has all the same construction as the 2011 Series work-frame with addition of (4) 4" rubber over steel swivel casters and a 12" adjustable height lower steel shelf. Perfect for most assembly applications, the 2012 Series frame is easy to pull out of the way for cleaning, or for reconfiguring the layout or process.

Fixed Height Box Tube Workbench Frame

This full welded workbench frame is constructed with 2" x 2" 16 gauge box tube leg members that are joined together with 16 gauge formed steel aprons. All box tube workbench frames also have a welded footrest which also helps reinforce the table frame. All accessories from drawers to overhead structure and accessories will be able to bolt onto any of these workbenches. All the full welded frames ship fully assembled.

Adjustable Height Box Tube Workbench Frame

This work table frame is fully arc welded, and constructed with 2" x 2" 16 gauge box tube adjustable height leg members that are joined together with 16 gauge formed steel aprons. All box tube workbench frames have a welded footrest which also helps reinforce the table frame. All accessories from drawers to overhead structure and accessories will be able to bolt onto any of these frames. All the full welded frames ship fully assembled.

Mobile Box Tube Frame

This mobile workbench frame is fully arc welded, and constructed with 2" x 2" 16 gauge box tube adjustable height leg members that are joined together with 16 gauge formed steel aprons. All box tube frames have a welded footrest which also helps reinforce the table frame. All accessories from drawers to overhead structure and accessories will be able to bolt onto any of these workbench frames. All the full welded frames ship fully assembled.

1050 Series Ergonomic Tubular Frame

This 2" x 2" ergonomic tubular frame will has the front leg upright kicked back to create more leg room for both standing and sit down applications. All workbench frames include leveling glides with rubber bottom and a 16 gauge formed stringer that joins the (2) legs together in the rear. This heavy duty frame has a great appeal and works great for all applications where a desk is needed or preferred.
