STACKBIN CUSTOM APPLICATION PROJECTS

BEST BUY:
ENCLOSED INDUSTRIAL-GRADE MOBILE CABINET.
The first series of this custom works enlosed equipment service cart developed for Best Buy featured fully padded industrial-grade vertical support and cross members with fully adjustable, carpeted angeled shelves for use in industrial-grade mobile service applications. The 2-way adjustable, lockable casters make this a mobile service cabinet, making moving any kind of equipment a breeze for ease of service. Although this is a unique custom designed with this specific application in mind, this unit can be used for a multitude of applications.

The service cabinet shown is the second generation of that cart with the same features as the first which includes the added feature of an enclosed cabinet with lock to not only protect product from damage but also added security. Six casters were used in the second generation for added mobility and ease of spinning on it's own axis for tight areas. The strap-locking skin came to life through trying to cut down on the expense of shrink wrapping the mobile cart as was previously done when product was being shipped back to the appropriate store. Label and paperwork holders were also added along with additional straps for strapping product within the cart.

2000 of these enclosed cabinets were sold and shipped to various Best Buy Service Centers nationwide. This feature is a great example of how Stackbin can change your custom works to better suit your needs as they change over time.
