STACKBIN CUSTOM APPLICATION PROJECTS

REPLACEMENTS LIMITED:
ENCLOSED MOBILE COMPUTER CABINET / SHIPPING STATION / FLOW STATION.
 Stackbin designed this mobile shipping workstation with an enclosed computer cabinet with foot rest, and keyboard tray specifically as a custom works flow station for a high-end china replacement company, Replacements Limited, for their warehousing facility. This heavy duty cart is designed to have a transmitter within the enclosure that tracks their product as it moves through the facility. All the shipping personnel have one of these flow stations for their inventory and shipping processes. Replacements Limited has multiple shifts with many different shipping staff using the shipping stations. Some of the features include mounting for the transmitter mentioned above, heavy-duty bottom shelf to support battery power, high-end casters, perforated panels for ventilation, foot rest, keyboard tray with mouse holder and wire grommets for ease of wire routing. 30+ units were sold for the initial order with more in production as needed.
