15' Lean Manufacturing Conveyor Workstation

Description

This workbench was designed to increase the work flow for a particular assembly process.  The sloped rear shelves are height adjustable and will also allow for some angle adjustment.  Plastic bins will store all the associated items needed and when an empty bin is removed the next will slide into place.  The worksurface for the unit is standard 26" deep conveyor rollers that have compartments imbedded to store related tools on the left and hardware on the right.  For this application the work will be performed at each work station and the progressively move down the assembly line until final completion.
