Heavy Duty Steel Top
The heavy duty steel top is constructed of 13 Gauge steel with (3) 13 gauge steel longitudinal struts welded below for extra support.  All tops have a 1 1/2" double bend in the front with a 4 1/2" bend in the rear.  Legs mount onto the bottom struts and can tie into the rear bend to act as a second stringer.  All top are painted with a baked enamel finish.

Description

The heavy duty workbench uses the same top and stringer from all the other series workbenches we offer.  The "Heavy Duty" comes from the (3) longitudinal support struts that are welded below the worksurface.  These 14 gauge struts help reinforce the top and the legs tie into these struts for exceptional support.
